Photos you choose to analyze

When you start an analysis, the photos you select are sent to the FaceAnalysis analysis API so it can return a score. The API reads and processes uploaded photo data in memory and does not write those uploads to disk. We do not sell uploaded photos or use them to train the scoring model.

To show how often the service has been used, we store only the number of photos in each successfully completed analysis request. This count does not include photos, scores, or account details.

Before you start an analysis, selected-photo previews stay in your browser. You can remove a photo from the selection at any time.

Sharing a result on X or Facebook

If you choose Share to X or Share to Facebook, your browser creates a score card using one of the photos you selected. We store that card, including the photo shown on it, at a public link for 30 days so the platform can display a preview. The shared link opens the FaceAnalysis homepage. Other photos you submitted for the free analysis are not stored for this purpose.

The public card expires after 30 days and is removed from our server by the next daily cleanup. X or Facebook may retain a cached copy or information from a post you publish under its own policies. Downloading a card without choosing a sharing option does not publish it through FaceAnalysis.

Information we receive and use

FaceAnalysis does not ask you to create an account. For a paid report, we receive the language and city you provide, and Stripe processes your payment and supplies the checkout email associated with the order. We do not receive or store your full card number. We use the email address to help you restore access to reports you purchased on another device.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the website. Google Analytics may set analytics cookies and collect online identifiers, device and browser information, pages viewed, and interaction data. We also use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the website through aggregated usage insights, heatmaps, and session recordings. Clarity may collect online identifiers, device and browser information, pages viewed, and interaction data using cookies and similar technologies. We also use a strictly necessary, HTTP-only browser cookie to identify the reports that the current browser is allowed to access. Standard server and security logs may record limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser type, and request timing, to operate and protect the service.

Paid personal reports

The two photos submitted for a paid report are stored in a private, order-specific area of the analysis service so work can continue after Stripe redirects you back to the site. They are provided to the AI services used to generate the report and its requested visuals, including Google's Gemini API and image-generation providers reached through Cloudflare AI Gateway.

Your report and its generated visuals are not placed in the public website directory. They are available only to a browser with the applicable report-access credential; the email you supplied can be used to restore that access on another device. Contact us with the order ID if you want the uploaded photos and generated report deleted.

Feedback and email

If you email us, we receive the address you use and the content of your message. We use that information only to respond to your request, improve FaceAnalysis, or protect the service. Please do not include photos or sensitive personal information in feedback emails.

When information may be shared

We may share limited information with service providers that help operate and secure FaceAnalysis, including Stripe for payment processing, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for website analytics, and the AI service providers used to generate paid reports. Microsoft's handling of information is governed by itsPrivacy Statement. We may also share information when disclosure is required to comply with applicable law, enforce our rights, or protect people from harm. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

You can choose not to upload a photo, remove selected photos before analysis, and contact us about privacy questions. You can also use your browser settings to manage or delete analytics cookies and other stored site data.
